Showcasing Design Capabilities

I have had 12 years of experience in product development, innovation, and design, leading to 35 granted and pending patent applications. My  career has focused on consumer electronics, wearables, quality-assurance design, medical device qualification, and becoming a world leader in hands-free footwear. If you would like help creating physical product, have questions about development or just need help getting to the next phase, please reach out.

Mission

Create life changing, unique solutions.

Consumer Electronics Expertise

Designing for Tiny, New Humans

While designing consumer electronics, I drove a dozen unique product offerings through the end-to-end design lifecycle (concept, to mass production). My efforts focused on the market facing product but also in developing tooling, processes, and testing-equipment that made the end product a success.

Technical Softgoods

Innovative Solutions

I contributed to design efforts for softgoods that received multiple awards, including 'CES Best of Innovation Award-2019', 'Best of CES Award - 2016', 'Design Excellence - Good Design Award', Red Dot Design Award - 2024 and Red Dot Editors choice, among many others.

Wearable electronics need to be comfortable and connected. My technical efforts also focused around electronic hardware and softgood interactions through flexible conductive inks, softgood focused PCB's and layer stackups that created reliable and durable connections.

Footwear

Focusing on User Experience

With 6 years in the footwear industry I invented dozens of handsfree footwear concepts. Handsfree footwear is an emerging consumer favorite and it works as a system, utilizing many parts of the shoe to operate best. In turn, I have a strong understanding of how to make original footwear  concepts and guide a culturally traditional manufacturing industry to try new things.
